Advisor will present projects and services at the event that brings together the best solutions for the logistics sector, the most promising for the real estate market in 2015

On the website Resenha Eletrônica, of the Ministry of Finances, an article of the newsValor Econômico published on February 2nd, declares that the Brazilian state bank Caixa Econômica Federal raised, last year, little more than R$ 1 bi to invest in purchasing shares of companies in the logistics segment, a highlight of the real estate scenario at the end of 2014. According to the last MarketBeat Industrial, presented by Cushman & Wakefield, the industrial sector absorbed nearly 1 mi square meters in logistics condominiums.

To be competitive, the companies must have optimal logistics and to do so, they seek the best solutions in warehouses, such as those to be presented at Intermodal South America 2015, to occur between April 7th and 9th, from 1pm to 9pm, at the Transamérica Expo Center, in São Paulo.

This 21st edition marks the debut of Cushman & Wakefield in the event. “Intermodal puts us in touch with the largest players of Brazil & the world, allowing greater interchange of information and partnership development, that is, possibility of new business”, explains Mário Sérgio Gurgueira, director of Representation of owners at C&W, and goes on: “Our objective is to spread our company’s operation, which supplies warehouses for logistics purposes, prepares feasibility studies, managers properties and provides commercial estate advisory. In the 45 m2 C&W stand, it will be conducted an electronic survey through two iPads. By then, visitors, after some questions on ratings of their current warehouses, will know which market class their space belongs — A+, A, B or C class. “It is a way to know if the property they occupy is of good quality or if we can help find better options”, concludes Mário Sérgio.
