Why did you decide to develop a blog? Celina: We are investing on a digital communication plan that includes different online platforms and Real Estate Monitor is one of our means to generate conversation with the public that is interested in the commercial real estate segment. We know that being informed is vital for any business and as specialists in the segment, we understand we have information that may help our public to make decisions that will bring benefits to their businesses. This blog is a mean to share our knowledge as well as Interact with our stakeholders.

Besides the blog, what else Cushman & Wakefield will introduce its public? Celina: We are bringing a few strategies that were already being done in the company’s global perspective to a local level, for example, the launch of a Facebook Fan Page for Brazil and also the development of content in Portuguese for LinkedIn. Besides these social media platforms, we will intensify the dissemination of C&W’s and real estate news via local Twitter. We will also be present on Google Plus.

What kind of information should the blog visitors expect? Celina: Besides company’s news, we want to publish interviews with our specialists in which they will be able to share their points of view regarding the actual scenario in the real estate segment and, finally, we want to provide news and articles that will bring depth to the hot topics of the moment.
